Lemon Raspberry Cupcakes offer a unique twist on the traditional lemon cupcake recipe. The raspberry adds an additional tangy yet sweet flavour to compliment the lemon in the cupcakes. I really enjoy the flavour of lemon raspberry cupcakes, but I have to admit that I sometimes sneak some raspberry in to the recipe just so the cupcakes can have that rich red colour that I love very so much.
