Moist Lemon Cupcakes
I often talk about lemon-flavoured cupcakes but now lets talk about moist lemon cupcakes. After baking almost a dozen cupcake recipes in the past few months, I’ve noticed that many of the recipes were much more like muffins in terms of consistency. Mind you this definitely isn’t a bad thing, but for many of us looking for something a little less dense, moist lemon cupcakes are a great option.
If you have children, moist lemon cupcakes are probably the safer, less messy choice, but it really depends on your preference. The taste is very similar, the only difference is obviously the texture.
Not everyone has the same standards for how moist they prefer the moist lemon cupcakes to be, so experiment. Start with the initial recipe and then try adding more moisture later on if you see fit. I found the recipe to be great the first attempt, but feel free to alter the recipe if you need to.
This moist lemon cupcakes recipe came from Crafty Farm Girl, which is a really great website filled with lots of crafts and baking information.
As you can see, this recipe is super simple, and doesn’t require any special ingredients or materials. This is one of the less elaborate recipes on the site, but I’m hoping to add some fancier moist lemon cupcakes in the future. I was drawn to this particular recipe strictly based on taste and how well they turned out. Ultimately I think that’s what matters most! But as always you can take this recipe, and can use some of the more elaborate frosting design ideas we have through out the site. Not everyone wants to create a masterpiece anyway, most of us are just looking for something simple and delicious. Let me know how your moist lemon cupcakes turned out!
